Access to the MSM FSRA Mission Control Database requires you to follow the below steps. Note you may require administrative privileges to install this update.

1.1 If you have not already done so, create a folder in your FSRA Folder on your Intranet named XYZ Redundant (XYZ being the business abbreviated name) or something similar.
1.2 This folder is designed to hold documents that have been replaced/updated etc. It is also part of ensuring that you do not inadvertently lose key FSRA or business data and forms
1.3 Open the folder that holds the existing MSM FSRA Resources files, depress the Control and A keys on your keyboard simultaneously. All of the files in the folder will be highlighted.
1.4 Using your mouse right click on any part of the highlighted areas and select the Cut option.
1.5 Open the Redundant Folder (refer 1.1 above), then using your mouse, right click in the window and select the Paste option. Your computer should briefly show the files being transferred.
1.6 If the computer advises you that a particular file already exists, select the Replace All button. This message will appear each time you update MSM FSRA Mission Control
2.1 Click on the MSM FSRA Mission Control update link above and save the setup.exe to the MSM FSRA Resources Folder.
2.2 When download is complete run the setup.exe file.
2.3 The Setup Wizard will take you through the process.
2.4 When asked to select the folder that the resources are to be placed in select the MSM FSRA Resources Folder.
3.1 Open the file MSM FSRA Mission Control menu, either by;
Left clicking on Start/All Programs/MSM Compliance Mission Control, or
Double clicking on the Shortcut located in your FSRA folder or on your desktop.
3.2 Check that the Heading on the Menu shows the current month
3.3 Double left Click (or depress the Control Key on the keyboard and left Click for XP) on the flashing MSM Document Update Register.
3.4 Review the changes noted in the MSM Documentation Register since your last download. The most recent changes are shown at the top of the Register Comments in Red are those that we strongly recommend that the Compliance Officer read and action/co-ordinate where relevant to the business.
VIRUSES: Whilst MSM Compliance Services P/L (MSM) has taken all reasonable care to ensure that the files in this download are free of Viruses, Trojans, Worms etc. we strongly recommend that you ensure that your anti virus software is used to scan the download prior to use. MSM recommends saving the file and scanning before opening the attachment.
